In the north of the popular Balearic island Mallorca, in a quiet, local residential area of Alcudia, is the 300 m² large holiday home Ca L'Estrella directly at the sea. The lovingly furnished holiday home in warm tones extends over 2 floors and has a very large living room with a fireplace, a gallery and a dining area, a very well equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and therefore can accomodate 6 people (+ up to 2 children). Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV, 2 baby cots, 2 high chairs and a children's bed. Outside you will find a covered terrace with comfortable furniture as well as a breathtaking view of the sea and the mountains on the horizon. From here you can reach a large lawn, lined with Mediterranean plants and equipped with sun beds, which offers a wonderful place to relax. Only a few metres behind the garden there is a direct access to the sea with a narrow pebble beach and a possibility to park sun beds comfortably. Also the beautiful sandy beach Platja Es Morer Vermell is only 900 m and a 12-minute walk away from the accommodation. The nearest supermarket is 800 m away and a restaurant with regional specialities is 500 m from the house. Parking is available on the street. Parties are not allowed. Families with children are preferred, in general guests should be at least 25 years old. In case of noise complaints and police complaint it will result in consequences.

Located in 'Es Bacarés', a charming rustic fishing village on the bay of Pollensa and close to the medieval town of Alcudia with its picturesque pedestrian streets, stores, bars and restaurants. The atmosphere around the house is quiet and familiar. Authentic Mallorca. It is easy and pleasant to take refuge under the shade of a pine tree to take a nap or read a book, only interrupted by the laughter of children playing in the water. The house, with swimming pool, is composed of two floors. Downstairs you will find a living room with kitchenette and a double bedroom with bathroom (all provided for a person in wheelchair). Upstairs, you will find a large room with a very comfortable sofa bed, two single beds of 90/200 and the second bathroom, as well as a balcony overlooking the sea. The swimming pool has a device to facilitate access for people with reduced mobility. A perfect place to make beautiful excursions on foot or by bicycle all year round. The situation in the bay of Pollensa perfect for windsurfing, kitesurfing or any other water sport in a very safe bay and sheltered from bad weather. Internet access and satellite TV.
